NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS

Eating healthy in today's rushing world with little time and more to do than ever is becoming more and more difficult.  Even eating correctly does not insure proper absorption.  Stress, sleep deprivation, lack of excercise and chemical additives and pesticides are changing and distorting our physical bodies.

Information from our scientific community on food choices is confusing at best.  Through the use of  "Tissue Hair Analysis", I am able to determine your personal mineral status.  Minerals are the "sparkplugs" of life.  They are involved in almost all enzyme reactions within the body.  Without enzyme activity, life ceases to exist.  A hair analysis is preventive as well as being useful as a screening tool.  The ratios of minerals that work together is a key finding of this test.  It is your hair being tested and is personal to you.

Various mineral imbalances frequently lead to metabolic dysfunctions before any symptoms become manifest.  Anyone who is found ill and no explanation can be found, or when the cause seems to be found but the therapy is not wholly effective can benefit from this test.

Even if you are not experiencing a severe problem, abnormal changes in body chemistry and nutritional deficiencies may result in early, subtle changes in the body, such as:

White spots in fingernails
Ridging of nails
Brittle hair and nails
Stretch marks
Lack of growth
Mood swings
Hair loss
Anemia
Thyroid Disturbance
Prostate Disorders
Digestive Disturbances
Diabetes
Musculo-Skeletal Disorders
Cardiovascular Disease
Skin Rashes
Emotional Problems
Allergies

Taking vitamins and minerals which are not compatible with your current body chemistry can cause a mineral imbalance.  Your mineral status can also be compromised by medications, birth control pills, stress, accumulation of toxic metals from the environment, or inheritance from parents.

If we decide that a hair analysis is part of your healing, you will be sent a questionnaire and instructions on how to cut your hair.  The hair is then sent to a laboratory for analysis and is returned with a detailed plan to reverse any imbalances.
