Aligning Sound and Form
In this therapy, Tibetan Singing Bowls are used on and around the body for the purpose of alignment with the beneficial sounds of our universe. Sound is vibration, and vibration is music in a three-dimensional form...sound creates and sound arranges.
Everything that exists is vibration. Even the cells that comprise our organ systems emit sound vibrations that connect with other cells. This is known as cellular resonance.
Emotions too, have a vibrational signature. When out of resonance we can experience a hormonal response, changes in neurological patterns, changes in breathing and blood chemistry.
The singing bowls are made in Tibet by masters of healing. They are made of seven metals: gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin, and lead. The metals correspond with the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.
All these metals produce an individual sound, including harmonics, and together these sounds produce the exceptional singing sound of each bowl.
The bowls are used in and an around the body to balance the chakras and to move blocked energy. Whe filled with hot water and placed on the body, muscular strain and tension is relieved. In a concert setting, the singing bowls are used as a group therapy to relax, blaance and open chakras.
Many feel their spirit has been lifted after treatment and experience the sense of physical and emotional well-being.
